Centacare Youth Services provides support and partly furnished accommodation to young people aged between 15-24 years of age who are at risk of homelessness in the Elizabeth and Gawler areas.

Service provision includes:
- Confidential assessment and referral
- Transitional housing whilst being supported by a case manager
- Outreach support from a worker whilst entering into or remaining in private rental or public housing

Support is focused on individualized case management and case work including case conferencing and liaison, information, advocacy and referral with a focus on issues connected to ensuring stable, secure, long term accommodation.

ELIGIBILITY:
Young people aged between 15-24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and eligible for an independent Centrelink income.

REFERRALS:
Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm via the daily duty worker OR Emergency accommodation through Trace-A-Place 1300 306 046 during the week via Crisis Care after hours on 13 16 11.

COST:
There is a cost for rent and utilities.
