ASK Employment & Training Services (ASK) deliver employment and training services under the Federal Government Job Services Australia Employment Services Deed 2009-2012. Clients are referred to Job Services Australia once their needs are accessed via Centrelink and are then serviced as per their needs. The aim of the service is to move clients towards sustainable and meaningful employment.
What Services Are Provided To Clients?
Individual case management to ensure the clients have an individual employment pathway plan negotiated and receive individualised job search support. Internal training is also provided to assist the clients in gaining or upgrading necessary skills to find employment. Work Experience Training provides access to diverse and flexible work experience, so that job seekers can be work-ready thus improve their employment prospects.
Targeted Client Group:
Unemployed or underemployed clients.
Referral Process:
Clients are referred via Centrelink after completing an assessment or can also self refer if they meet the contract requirements.
Cost To Clients:
Job Services Australia service is free to clients.
Service Location:
ASK provides Job Services in the Northern Adelaide area operating out of three office locations in Salisbury, Gilles Plains and Elizabeth.
