Six week parenting courses are facilitated each term in metropolitan Adelaide with a focus on building relationships within families. The courses are designed to build on the existing knowledge and skills of the parents/carers who attend the courses.  These courses are for parents whose children are:

0 -  4 years - The First 4 years
4 -  8 years - from Pre-school to Pre-cool
9 -  13 years - from Delta to Diva
Teenage years - Growing Up with Your Teenager

The courses are delivered at no cost to participants in metropolitan Adelaide .

A range of workshops are also available which address issues such as:

- Listening and Talking in the Family
- Sibling Rivalry
- Behaviour Management
- Self Esteem
- Bullying
