Reunification provides a range of services to birth families whose children are in Alternate Care.

The aim of the Reunification program is to assist children in out-of-home care reconnect with their birth families. It aims to strengthen relationships and achieve and maintain the optimal level of reconnection from full re-entry to other forms of connection with their family.  These services are frequently provided in the home and at the Seaton site.
