South East Drug and Alcohol Counselling Service (SEDACS) are located at Mount Gambier servicing regional areas which include Millicent, Naracoorte, Bordertown Kingston and Beachport.   Apart from drug and alcohol counselling services, South East Drug and Alcohol Counselling Service also offers:

- Alcohol and other drug dependence assessment and treatment
- Community education
- Counselling - individual, family and group
- Advocacy
- Police drug and alcohol diversion program
- Good Sports Program - encouraging sports clubs to become accredited for responsible service of alcohol
