Whyalla Generic Homelessness Service (Youth Focus)
Provides supported transitional and crisis accommodation and other related services including information, advocacy and referral to individuals, couples and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The service also provides specialized services, including supported accommodation, to young people aged 15 to 25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. There is no fee for service, however payment of rent may be required for transitional accommodation.
Whyalla Regional Domestic Violence Service
Supported transitional and crisis accommodation, advocacy and other related specialist support services to individuals and families experiencing domestic and family violence or Aboriginal family violence, and who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness. There is no fee for service, however payment of rent may be required for transitional accommodation.
Intensive Tenancy Support Program Provides early intervention for tenants at risk of eviction from public, community and/or private rental accommodation. There is no fee for service. Referrals are accepted from Housing SA and/or private and community based landlords.
