DESCRIPTION:MHDH is a workshop for separated parents wanting to understand and manage the changes in their family. It enables parents to share with others what is different now that their family has changed\, learn what their children need\, how to communicate respectfully with the other parents\, identify what gets in the way of working with the other parent and understand development needs of children. This three hour workshop is for separated or divorced parents. The focus of this session is on supporting children through this challenging time and explores ways in which parents can do this positively. This program is orientated towards the needs of children and focuses on parenting.
