Family Connections is a mobile resource for families with children aged 0 to 12 years living in Mount Gambier, Millicent, Penola and the Wattle Range Council area.

We work in collaboration with local community support services, schools and groups to grow resilience and create opportunities for children and families to thrive.

Families are engaged through fun and educational play experiences such as playgroups, parent groups, workshops, events, peer groups and other activities.

In addition, the Family Connection team offers support in the way of counselling, transport assistance, referrals, advocacy and information on a wide range of personal and family issues.

The program has a strong focus on assisting individuals, families, services and communities in the South-East to build social capital and strengthen networks.
