Youth Services Barossa provides supports to young people aged 15 years and up to 25 who are at risk of homelessness or who are living homeless.

Our case managers work with the young people and provide support for all areas of their life.

This may include helping them develop independent living skills, navigate housing options and connect to education, health and community services.

Program details

Who: Young people aged 15-25 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, or whom face significant barriers in accessing accommodation.  They should also be receiving or awaiting approval of an independent income.

How: Young people can self-refer or be referred from another service.
