One in five Centacare clients is a child. Their safety is paramount and is at the core of our family support services.
We work with families to harness their strengths, address challenges and build confidence as part of our preventative approach towards the care and protection of the most vulnerable in our community.
Our services include successful foster, family preservation and reunification programs, family relationship counselling, advocacy, referral, intensive support playgroups, targeted intervention, dispute resolution, young parents’ groups, cross-cultural adult education and school counselling.
Our partnerships with other non-government organisations, universities, and the South Australian and Australian governments, are a testament to Centacare’s practices and processes.
