Coolock House offers 24-hour supported accommodation for young women aged up to 25 years who are pregnant or parenting, and are living homeless or are at risk of homelessness. Hannah Place provides support and accommodation to young women who are pregnant or parenting and require help to maintain the bond between mother and baby. Based at Pooraka, the service houses young women aged up to 18 years in their own self-contained unit with on-site support and case management. The Limestone Coast Domestic Violence Service (LCDVS) supports women and children in the South-East who are experiencing domestic violence. The Service provides supported accommodation in one, two and three bedroom units and houses. We also provide outreach support for women who do not require accommodation but are still experiencing domestic violence, in keeping with our belief that the ideal place for a woman and her children is their own home. At Louise Place, young women find 24-hour supported accommodation with services that help them live independently through developing parenting and life skills. We also support young, pregnant single women (aged 18 and under) to find the right medical and government services. Malvern Place offers support and accommodation for young women up to the age of 25 years, who are pregnant or parenting and are homeless or at the risk of homelessness. The service provides a safe and secure environment in individual fully-furnished family units. The Murray Mallee & Adelaide Hills Domestic Violence Service provides support to women and children experiencing or escaping family and domestic violence to ensure their safety. Our offices are located in Murray Bridge and Mount Barker, however experienced workers provide outreach services and will travel anywhere within the Murray Mallee, Adelaide Hills and Coorong regions. The Riverland Domestic Violence Service (RDVS) supports women and children in the Riverland who are experiencing domestic violence. The Service provides short-term accommodation, confidential and professional counselling, information and referrals for options in housing, medical, legal, income and advocacy. The Whyalla Regional Domestic Violence Service provides supported transitional and crisis accommodation and other services to clients experiencing domestic and family violence or Aboriginal family violence in Whyalla and surrounding areas. Sometimes it just helps to have a friendly face to talk to. Counselling with Centacare is just that – our qualified counselling team is both professional and caring. They listen and advise. Life challenges can present relationship difficulties and other issues which require adjusting to new circumstances. Centacare provides confidential counselling support to individuals, couples, families and children. Our emphasis is on safe and respectful family interactions while maintaining a child focus. Family Connections provides free family-friendly playgroups, activities, workshops and other support to families of children aged up to 12 years living in the South-East. Centacare Drug and Alcohol Service (CDAS) offers a range of support and recovery opportunities for individuals living with substance use, and their family and friends who may be supporting them. CDAS provides counselling support to clients in their homes, at our offices located across metropolitan Adelaide, or by arrangement at an alternative venue where the client feels comfortable. Access programs is a social enterprise of Centacare and specialises in the provision of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and other workplace mental health services. Services are provided on a fee for service basis and include confidential counselling, critical incident debriefing, conflict resolution, training and management coaching. Family Dispute Resolution provides mediation as an alternative way to resolving disputes and can avoid the financial and emotional costs of legal action. Our accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners guide the process of discussion and facilitate those in dispute to reach their own agreements. Family Preservation works with families to address safety concerns and increase parenting capacity. Families of children aged up to 18 years who are experiencing challenges in their lives are supported to address lifestyle and other factors affecting the ability to parent. This program offers supported accommodation to young families up to the age of 25 years, who are pregnant or parenting and are homeless or are at-risk of homelessness but who have low need support requirements. Support is provided on a one-on-one basis and families are connected with local community services as required. The Individual Psychosocial Recovery Support Service (IPRSS) program provides individual support for people with enduring mental illness to enable them to live independently in the community. Centacare’s Outer North Youth Homelessness Service provides case management, early intervention, outreach, post-crisis and wait-list support to young people aged 15-25 years old who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. PACE provides support for people living with panic anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and eating disorders, and those who support them. We run fortnightly support groups across Adelaide. The groups allow those facing the challenges of recovery to access professional support and share their experiences with others who understand what they are going through. The Personal Helpers and Mentors Service supports people whose life is significantly affected by mental illness. The focus is on the individual's recovery by providing them with opportunities, support and services to help them reconnect to community. The Wandana Community Centre is run for and by the community at Gilles Plains in Adelaide’s north. Respecting people from a diversity of backgrounds, cultures, ages and gender, the Centre fosters and encourages personal growth and lifelong learning. Whyalla Generic Homelessness Service (Youth Focus) provides supported transitional and crisis accommodation and other related services including information, advocacy and referral to individuals, couples and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.Coolock House
