Designed for Aboriginal Elders over the age of 50 to connect with other Elders in the community. Group activities include craft, attending community events, cultural activities and celebrations, information on available services and additional outings with light refreshments provided.

This is a Commonwealth Home Support Program so you will need to register with My Aged Care and request our service.
