Kindred Spirits is a short-term, flexible in-home service that supports families to develop a safe and nurturing home over a 12-week period. An Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator assists Aboriginal children and young people to reconnect to education and increase school attendance and supports their immediate family to recognise and address challenges they may be facing. The focus is on identifying family strengths and identifying realistic goals to support family functioning.
