The Individual Psychosocial Recovery Support Service (IPRSS) program provides individual support for people with enduring mental illness to enable them to live independently in the community. This support is tailored to suit your unique needs and goals and may include areas such as:

  • Developing daily living skills in relation to home maintenance, cooking, shopping, and financial budgeting
  • Support with maintaining mental wellness, such as collecting medication or attending psychiatric appointments
  • Support in accessing education, vocational training, or employment
  • Developing confidence and skills in using public transport
  • Support with accessing suitable housing
  • Support in developing a healthier lifestyle such as eating healthily and exercising

The IPRSS program operates in the inner south region and referrals must be from Carramar or Marion Mental Health teams.
