Stronger Families is a targeted intervention service that supports families with children aged 0-18 years, in their home.

The focus is on families with children where early child wellbeing or safety risk factors have been identified. We provide timely, individualised and culturally sensitive interventions to address challenges including social isolation, mental health, attachment difficulties, and the impact of trauma.
